The employees work as bakers, bartenders or waiters/waitresses. They are responsible for the operation of the caf within their capabilities, supported and led by work assistants where required. These jobs represent a great opportunity to learn something and later on succeed on the labor market, despite the disadvantages these people need to face. The mobile application is called SIMPatick kav rny (Sympathetic caf s), where the first four letters stand for Support, Integration, Motivation, Purpose, according to the owner of the mobile application.
